Here is it a quick news for Mushroom lovers, Grand Hyatt Goa is celebrating an entire month dedicated to mushrooms.
A healthy meal is most desirable and even foodies can indulge in these fat free favorites. The chefs have brought together some of the seasons best mushrooms to create an a la carte menu that includes favorites dishes like porcini, portobello and oyster.
The menu include mushroom consommé with tallegio tortellini, wild mushrooms with cashew nut pate and red onion marmalade, Portobello Carpaccio, Risotto porcini along with quinoa, chestnuts and parsley; braised lamb with truffle mashed potato and mushroom jus.
