1963 – Sriram Raghavan is a film director and screen writer notable for producing a 45-minute docufiction on Indian serial killer – Raman Raghav. Aside from this he also directed the 2004 Hindi feature film ‘Ek Hasina Thi’, produced by Ram Gopal Varma, starring Urmila Matondkar and Saif Ali Khan. His second feature film was Johnny Gaddar.

1974 – Joseph Vijay Chandrasekhar, popularly known as Vijay, is an Indian actor, dancer, playback singer, and a philanthropist who works in the Tamil cinema. He is also the highest paid actor in Tamil cinema.

1982 – Karan V Grover is an Indian television actor best known for his portrayal of Arjun in Saarrthi. He also acted as Shantanu Kant in Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant and as Dr. Rohit Sippy in Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum.

1985 – Mohar Singh Rathore was a social reformer & political Congress worker. He was a follower of Arya Samaj and Acharya Vinoba Bhave’s Bhoodan movement. He advocated for social reforms like discouraging purdah, dowry, child marriage, & Un-touchability.

1988 – Bhadant Anand Kausalyayan was a Buddhist monk, scholar, traveller and a prolific writer. He is considered as one of the great activists of Buddhism of the 20th century and was influenced by Mahapandit Rahul Sankrityayan and B. R. Ambedkar.
