Arvind Kejriwal featured in Poster among Terrorists, attacks BJP
Ahead of Arvind Kejriwal’s Gujrat tour, posters placing Delhi CM along with terrorists sprang up in the cities he is to visit.
The Poster said, “Heroes of Pakistan”, and showcased Arvind Kejriwal’s picture among terrorists namely, Osama Bin Laden, Hafiz Saeed and Hizbul Mujahideen’s Burhan Wani.
Mr. Kejriwal was witnessed strong criticism after asking the government to provide the evidence of Surgical strikes by Indian Army across LoC that held earlier this month.
He is branded a traitor in posters that have been put up in Gujrat’s Unjha and Surat where he will address the rally on Sunday.
Mr. Kejriwal who reached Gujrat on Friday night for the Four-day visit accused BJP of trying to disrupt his rally.
Delhi CM said, “This is not my rally but it is the rally of people of Gujarat. If they disrupt the rally, they will be playing with sentiments of people of Gujarat…I hope they would not do that”.
BJP spokesperson, Bharat Pandya dismissed the allegation, saying, “It was done not by the BJP but people who love India. It is a border state and people are hurt by the statement made by him…if you question the surgical strike by the Army the people of Gujarat will not tolerate it.”
