Atal Bihari Vajpayee speeches in parliament – Atal Bihari Vajpayee (25 December 1924 – 16 August 2018) was an Indian politician and a poet who served three times as the Prime Minister of India. The first time in 1996, he served for only 13 days, then from 1998 to 1999, he served for 13 months, and finally, for a full term from 1999 to 2004.
