Atletico Madrid 1-0 Getafe: Trippier put up a solid performance

Getafe’s best chance for an equalizer came in the 86th minute when a long-range attempt from Angel Rodriguez hit the crossbar.

Joao Felix was sent off after the challenge and possesses a risk of an ankle injury. Los Colchoneros’ season has started perfectly with a winning start and currently sit level with their Madrid rivals. Both the Madrid clubs enjoy being on top of Barcelona in the opening week of the La Liga. Trippier was the star man for Atleti and he put up the excellent work rate and got rewarded with an assist in the opener.
