Bhadrakali Jayanti – Goddess Bhadrakali is a prominent Hindu goddess in India. She is a fiery manifestation of the Great Goddess Shakti. She is revered as an auspicious and fortunate manifestation of Mahakali who guards the good. Three eyes and four, sixteen, or eighteen hands are used to represent this goddess. She wields a variety of weapons and has a little tusk protruding from her mouth, as well as flames flowing from her head.
Bhadrakali is Goddess Parvati’s furious avatar and one of Goddess Shakti’s nine forms. Bhadrakali Jayanti is a Hindu festival that commemorates the goddess Bhadrakali’s birth.
