The first goal came through N’golo Kante, an absolute ripper as he struck the ball ever so cleanly outside the box to navigate past the entire Tottenham defence and land itself in the back of the net. With what looked like a position of no return for Tottenham, Chelsea switched off at the back to allow Tottenham to score with their first chance on goal. The visitors had restored party but Chelsea was still well on top, continuing to show the same decisiveness in their game as they had in the first 45.
