Officials like Diplomats from other countries have been asked to carry their valid ID cards. Women who are pregnant, or are getting treated for medical health emergencies, will be asked to produce a doctor’s prescription, medical papers, or valid ID card. People who are going for Coronavirus testing will be allowed to travel. People travelling from the city via Airport, Railway Station, and ISBT will be allowed to travel with a valid ID card. Journalists with valid ID cards will be allowed to travel. Students who have examinations going on will be allowed to travel with a valid ID card. For marriages, gatherings will be allowed for up to 20 people.

Delhi Metro will be running with 100% seating capacity, but nobody will be allowed to stand. Buses will be running with 100% seating capacity. These revised guidelines for COVID surge are mandatory.
