Gbamin is a defensive midfielder who started his career at the Belgian club, Lens where he spent 3 years and got picked up by Mainz 05 in the Bundesliga. He scored twice and assisted once last season, which is somehow a decent number for a midfielder. Gbamin is a versatile player who can play as a center back or a full-back when required.
