  • Breakfast: 7:00 – 8:00
  • Snack: 11:00 – 11:30
  • Lunch: 1:00 – 2:00
  • Evening: 4:00
  • Dinner: 7:00
  • Post Dinner: Anytime that you feel hungry after dinner
