Eye-firming and cheek plumper
Place your hands horizontally on the top of your cheekbones. Now, place your index fingers under your lashes, and your little fingers under your cheekbones. Then, press your hands lightly on your skin to hold your face muscles in place.
Now, Squint your eyes while compressing your cheeks upwards towards your eyes and hold it for a few minutes. Repeat this exercise atleast three to five times.
All-over face tone
Put your hands together under your chin. Squeeze every muscle in your face, squint your eyes, pout your lips, and push your chin to your chest. Hold this for five to ten seconds.
Exercise for Jawline
Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth right behind your teeth. Press your tongue to close the roof of your mouth and add tension. Now start humming and making a vibrating sound. This exercise will activate the facial muscles.
