Mango Smoothie: A mango smoothie is full of vitamins, minerals and tropical flavour with absolutely no added sugar.
Ingredients for Mango Smoothie:
- Non-fat yogurt
- Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
- Ice cubes
- Banana
- Mango
- Unsweetened coconut
- Vanilla extract
- Chia seeds
Simply add all the ingredients into a blender and blend. For a thick smoothie, add more ice or frozen banana whereas for a thinner smoothie just add more milk.

Healthy Recipes Mango
Mango Oatmeal: Mix mango with almonds and oats. This mango recipe provides satiating finer and protein. This makes a simple yet delicious meal.
Ingredients for Mango Oatmeal:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup frozen mango slices, defrosted, and heated
- 2 tbsp almonds
- Cinnamon and nutmeg
Make the oatmeal as directed on its packet and just add the slices of mango on top along with almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mango Fro-yo: What can beat a homemade fro-yo that features our favourite fruit, mango. This dish is made with just 3 ingredients and is a fast and flavourful froyo recipe which is perfect to whip up after dinner.
Ingredients for Mango Fro-yo:
- 1/4 cup of fat free Greek yogurt
- 1/8 cup of water
- 1 Sliced mango chunks.
Take the yogurt and mango chunks and add it in the blender. Now blend them, adding water as needed. When blended, place this mixture in the freezer for 15-30 minutes before serving.

Mango Sundae: A sundae is the best thing you can make for dessert.
Ingredients for Mango Sundae:
- 1 Mango
- 500 ml natural yogurt
- 200 grams mixed berries for the macerated fruit (blackberries, raspberries and strawberries, hulled and quartered or halved Zest, and juice of 1 small orange)
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- A handful of basil leaves, finely shredded
First let’s prepare the berries. Place them in a bowl and now add the orange zest, sugar, and basil. Now mix these ingredients well and them cover them with a cling film and keep it aside to marinate for an hour or two. Next, puree the mango until smooth. Now layer the puree and yogurt in a serving glass and chill it. When it chills down, you can serve it with the marinated berries on top.
Mango Strawberry Popsicle:
Ingredients for Mango Strawberry Popsicle:
- 2 cups of chopped mango
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp lime zest
- 1/4 sliced strawberries
Blend the mango with lime juice and lime zest till it is smooth. Slice the strawberries into thin slices. Now, pour the mango puree into 3/4 of the popsicle moulds. Now add the thin slices of strawberries into the popsicle mould. Add the mango puree in the popsicle mould to fill it up. Now, cover the popsicle moulds with sticks and place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
