Take 2 tablespoons each of sugar, coffee, and cold water in a bowl. Now, using a hand blender, make sure you blend the mixture till it is light brown in color. Now keep this mixture aside. Next, take a cup or glass in which you’re planning to serve the Dalgona coffee and add half or more cup of milk to it. Remember that you should not fill up the entire cup because you’ll need to leave some space for the coffee. Now, add some ice cubes if you’d like, and lastly add the blended coffee on the top. Your Dalgona coffee is ready with the creamy texture you like.

Banana Bread
Take 3 small-sized bananas and cut them into pieces. Now, you can either mash them or mix them in a blender. Add 1/3 cup of melted butter to this mix of bananas and stir well. Next, you need to add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, a pinch of salt, 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, and mix all the ingredients well. Then add 1&1/2 cup of flour to this mixture and set this mix in a buttered loaf pan. Once you’ve added the mixture to the pan, bake it at 350F for approximately 50-60 mins until the tester comes out clean. Let the bread cool down before you take it out form the pan. The banana bread is ready to be served. So, cut it into equal slices and serve it with warm tea or otherwise.
Cooker Chocolate Cake
Ingredients for the mix
- ½ cup plus 6 tbsps. All-purpose flour
- 1 cup caster sugar or granulated
- 6 tbsp. cocoa powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp instant coffee (optional)
- ½ cup milk full fat
- ½ cup hot water
- ¼ cup veg or canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract/essence
Start by spraying a little oil in a pan and spreading it out evenly. Now, place a butter paper at the bottom of the pan. Take the pressure cooker and remove the weight and filter from its lid. Add an even layer of salt in the empty cooker and then place a tin/steel plate inside the pressure cooker, above the layer of salt. Cover the cooker and let it preheat on a medium flame for 5 mins. Next, turn the flame on low for 10 more mins.
Take a big bowl and add a cup of flour to it. Now add cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and mix the ingredients in the bowl. Next, add sugar to this bowl and use a hand blender to mix it up. Now, take a new cup. Add 1/2 a cup of water in the microwave for 40 seconds and then add coffee to this water and stir to dissolve. Then you need to add egg, milk, vanilla extract, and the hot coffee water in the dry mixture. Once you add all these ingredients, beat this mixture on a slow speed for 1 minute or until all the ingredients are well combined.
Pour this mixture in the pan that you initially greased and tap to remove the air bubbles. Next, carefully place this batter into the pressure cooker and cover the cooker and bake the mix on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Then, bake it for nearly 35-40 minutes on a low flame. So now, when you remove the lid, check the mix with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready. If not, then you must bake it for another 10-15 more mins.

Biscuit Chocolate Cake
Take 250 grams of any chocolate biscuits that you like and break them into small pieces. Blend the broken biscuits in a blender to make a fine powder. Now, take a pan and add a few drops of oil/butter/ghee. Take a brush and spread the oil/butter/ghee on all the sides and bottom of the pan. Now, place a butter paper on the bottom of the pan. Add the biscuit powder to a bowl and add 250 ml of milk to it. Add the milk in parts to avoid lumps. Mix well till the batter flows like a ribbon. Lastly, add 6 grams of Eno/fruit salt/baking powder to the mixture and mix it in only one direction to avoid disturbing the aeration.
Pour this mixture into the pan. Heat a Tava on a medium flame for 5 mins. Now place the pan on the Tava and cover & cook the mixture for 25-30 mins on the lowest possible flame. Let the cake cool and then take it out of the pan and remove the butter paper.
Maggi Omelette
While you mix the eggs to make an omelette, here is what you can do to make a Maggi omelette. Take 3 eggs and mix them well. Now add some crushed black pepper, salt, and the Maggi masala to the mix of eggs and blend this well. Now, boil the Maggi noodles and add them to the mix. Next, take a pan and add butter, onion, green chilies, capsicum & tomatoes, and saute. Now add the egg and Maggi noodles mix to the pan and spread it evenly on the pan. You can add shredded cheese and cilantro on top and fold the omelette on the pan itself.
