Just like Summers and Winters, it’s equally important to take care of your skin during Monsoon. Here are few important tips for skin care during monsoon:
Make cleansing a part of your daily routine. Clean daily with a good facial cleanser as per your skin type.
Exfoliate your skin at regular intervals, ideally 2-3 times a week. This will keep the pores unclogged.
Must use a light water or gel based moisturizer even if you feel that you don’t need it as skin gets oily during monsoon.
Don’t forget to apply sunscreen if you are going out.
Indulge in Pedicure and Manicure.
Dry your feet properly after washing, especially in between fingers and use anti-fungal powder.
Use minimal makeup and avoid artificial jewelry.
Stay hydrated. Take liquids in the form of water, juice, lassi, shakes.
Though we all love to eat Fried food when it rains, favorite being Pakoras, try to limit the intake of fried food.
