So, What is Thyroid?
The thyroid is a butterfly-shaped gland that is placed low on the front of the neck, below Adam’s apple. It is placed in front of the windpipe and has two side lobes. These lobes are connected by a bridge (isthmus) in the middle.

- Say no to excessive endurance exercise. Long-distance can make your thyroid depressed.
- Avoid starvation diets and make sure to eat a cheat meal once a week to keep your metabolism active.
