Have you never been to a gym before? That is not a problem, you can easily workout at home with these simple instructions from our trainer. Remember this is workout plan for beginners and if you have trained for some time before then you must check our other articles for moderate learners and advanced learners.
Precautions: You must be careful about all your postures because even a slight change in your postures could adverse the effect. Make sure that if you exercise you do them in the right postures only. You can take a 30-second gap between the training exercises. You will also feel cramps which do happen initially because it is caused due to wear and tear of muscles but that is just a phase, let’s begin your workout…
Get dressed in the right clothes and shoes, try to use a mat if the floor hurts.
Warm-up:
– Suryanamaskar
Follow the image from step 1 to step 12… 1 repetition of sun salutation finishes after the 12th step. You need to just do 1 repetition for now.
– Standing High Knees
Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Face forward and open your chest. Now bring your knees alternatively up to your waist level and then slowly land on your feet. You need to do 12 repetitions each side and repeat until the set is complete.
– Wide Leg Standing Toe Touch
Stand with your legs wide open and your toes pointing outwards. Open your arms and use alternative hands to touch alternative toes, bending down to the ground. DO 10 repetitions each side.
