Heavy Rains, Traffic Jams and Water logging in Delhi

It’s been raining in Delhi since yesterday night resulting in massive traffic jams in various parts of Delhi due to water-logging. Sangam Vihar on Mehrauli-Badarpur Road in South Delhi is severely affected due to digging operations were undertaken by the Civic Bodies. It is utter chaos and someone has not rightly timed the repair/maintenance operation. The pictures below are self-explanatory.
