India vs Ban Pink Ball Test Match – Team India has started their preparations for the day-night encounter after they dumped Bangladesh in just three days at Indore. The home side won the first test by an innings and 30 runs to lead this two-match test series 1-0.

Virat and his men had a training session under lights for the historic day-night test which is to be played from 22nd November 2019 to 26th November 2019 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. India is looking to get used to the pink ball.

India vs Ban Pink Ball Test Match – They extended their stay in Indore for the preparations of their day-night test match against Bangladesh. India’s senior plays, Rohit Sharma, R Ashwin, and Cheteshwar Pujara got the feel of the pink ball under the lights.

Ahead of the 2nd test at Kolkata, India’s opener Mayank Agarwal said that India has three practice sessions with the pink ball under lights. This training session has been arranged by the head of the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore and the former Indian skipper, Rahul Dravid.

India wasn’t keen on playing the day-night test with the pink ball. Earlier they had refused to play the pink ball test against Australia at Adelaide. But the new President of the BCCI, Sourav Ganguly expressed his interest in India playing the day-night test match.

On this historic day, the army troops will come to the Eden Gardens and hand over the pink ball for the captains of India and the Bangladesh team.

The Secretary of the Cricket of Bengal, Avishek Dalmiya gave the details for the day-night Test. He said that the paratroopers will fly on the wickets and deliver the two pink balls. They have also discussed the plans with the Army Eastern Command.
