1. Trent Boult
“This is the Vivo perfect catch of the season!” hollered the commentator. “Trent Boult, what are you doing? That is the best catch we have ever seen in the IPL when you think of the enormity of the situation.”

2. Dwayne Bravo
The West Indian fast bowler pulled off a magnificent catch of his own bowling in the first qualifier against the Sunrisers Hyderabad. The pace and angle with which the ball came at him made the effort all the more marvellous.
3. Shakib-Al-Hassan
Playing against his former side Kolkata Knight Riders, Shakib took a blinder off his own bowling to scalp Chris Lynn’s wicket. Diving to his left, the spinner managed to hold onto the ball to send Chris Lynn back to the hut.
4. Virat Kohli

This was the year of caught and bowled efforts. Right up with Bravo’s catch is Thakur’s. A short ball to Binny was mistimed in Thakur’s direction who caught it cleanly in the air.

Nothing gets better than diving efforts than this one. SRH’s new boy Pandey shocked the crowd after he came running from the boundary to catch a hit off Andre Russell in what turned out to be a crucial wicket for his side.
