Coming back to CSK Vs SRH Match highlights, a lazy Sunday afternoon was topped off in the best way with a classic between two of the best sides this tournament. Hyderabad witnessed one of the most exciting match of this year’s IPL which saw the home side come short by just 4 runs. After a pretty slow start by CSK, nerves were dangling in the visitors’ dugout who had struggled to even meet the run a ball run rate at the halfway mark of their innings. In dire straits and needing a heroic inning from someone, CSK did just what they are best at. And this time it was Ambati Rayudu who rescued them from the ashes. 9 fours and 4 sixes saw him fire CSK to a total of 182-3. Despite the slow start, Rayudu (79 off 37) was quick to let go once he had settled in. He along with Raina who was returning from an injury made up for their snail’s pace start as they went hammer and tongs in the final part of the innings.Despite being jolted with two early setbacks, SRH were in safe hands in their safe with captain Kane Williamson taking charge for them once again. He however was dismissed at the wrong time for 84 by Bravo. A late onslaught by Yusuf Pathan saw him get 45 off just 27 balls but unfortunately was not enough to see them past the finishing line as they slumped to back to back defeats after losing none in their first 4 games.
