  • Hindalco Industries reported a Q1 consolidated net loss of Rs 709 crores.
  • The SC on Friday refused to extend interim bail granted to Unitech promoter Sanjay Chandra in connection with an alleged homebuyers fraud case.
  • IHH Healthcare proposed to rebrand Fortis as ‘Parkway’ to distance the firm from the Singh brothers. This was approved by Fortis’s board on Friday.
