1. Set Clear Goals
As a leader, it is important for you to set individual goals while also keeping them informed about the organizational goals. Once you have defined the goals and set the deadlines, it gets easier for the team members to focus on their work.

Everyone wants to work in an environment where you get all the positive vibes. Encourage people to stay positive and refrain from spreading rumours or talk negatively about their colleagues. If they have a problem with someone, instead of talking behind someone’s back, they should go and clear their doubts instantly.

Invite only those people who really need to attend. It is advisable to start the meeting on time and then end it as quickly as you possibly can.
6. Don’t punish team members for failures
We all make mistakes and its part of being human. The key is to learn valuable lessons from those mistakes so we don’t make them again. When members of your team make mistakes, don’t punish them. Instead, encourage them to try again and improve going forward. But, that doesn’t mean that they keep on repeating the same mistake or constantly miss their targets. After all, meeting individual targets is important to achieve organizational targets and generate revenue.
