The talking point of the matchday has to be Cristiano Ronaldo’s debut for Juventus. The striker, who has dominated the champions league over the years, helping his old club Real Madrid to three consecutive titles, was given a questionable straight red in the opening moments of the first half. A disbelieving Ronaldo was left shattered as he walked off shattered, the tears pouring down his face incessantly to show the kind of hunger he possesses for the tournament.
