Mumbai rains live updates today – Mumbai and severe areas of the city are witnessing incessant rainfall since August 3. The weather department IMD issued a red alert that rainfall will intensify further in the metropolis. After the heavy rains in Mumbai, special suburban services are being run between Virar-Andheri-Bandra and suspended between Bandra-Churchgate.

7 August 2020-

09:30 AM: A flood alert issued in Kolhapur district after the Panchganga river crossed its danger level on Thursday afternoon.

08:15 AM: After heavy rain, a minor landslide in Malabar Hill area damaged water pipelines in south Mumbai.

06:30 AM: As heavy rain lashed the city, some COVID care centers got affected by leakages and waterlogging while transport remained a hurdle for Covid-19 and non-COVID patients for two days now.
