Navnita Gautam First Female RCB Staff – Royal Challengers Bangalore has now hired a massage therapist as their supporting staff member by doing so they have become the first-ever IPL team to hire a woman support staff to their side. They have been a team that breaks the boundary barriers. It has been a landmark move for the team that no one has thought to do till now.
Navnita Gautam is the name that will be remembered for a long time in the IPL. Now, she will be working as the massage therapist for the RCB team. Her role in the RCB camp will be to perform specialized techniques that will prepare the player’s motivation with the supervision of individual physical ailments related to the players in the team.

Navnita Gautam will be working alongside the head physiotherapist Evan Speechly and will strengthen with health conditing coach Shankar Basu.

This game has come a long way with many people also taking interest in watching women’s cricket. Sports make a person do things and it is most important to ensure the equity in the staff and its increasing participation. Even though they haven’t done well in the last few seasons of the IPL, but they have got very supportive fans all over India. With the appointment of Navnita Gautam, the men in red have also appointed Simon Katich and Mike Hesson to their support staff.
Simon Katich will be working as the head coach of the RCB team while Mike Hesson will be working as the director of Cricket operations. This duo will make sure that Royal Challengers Bangalore brings the IPL trophy for the 2020 season.
Navnita Gautam First Female RCB Staff – Mike Hesson was the coach of Kings XI Punjab earlier while Simon Katich will be the head coach of the IPL for the first time. The RCB franchise has decided to discontinue their work with Ashish Nehra and Gary Kirsten.
Hesson will be responsible for overall cricket operations in the RCB camp, which includes strategy planning, defining the policy of RCB, programing, scouting, performance management and bringing the best in the RCB players for the upcoming 2020 season.
Navnita Gautam First Female RCB Staff – He will be bringing himself in close with the team and his experience as the New Zealand coach and mentor which has earned him a good reputation. This will also be a help to RCB in deliver well for the IPL 2020 season.
