Lucifer is the story of Lucifer Morningstar, the Devil, who comes to live in Los Angeles after feeling bord in hell. He opens a bar called ‘LUX’ and ends up working with LAPD as a consultant, helping them solve cases with his powers. He falls in love with a detective Chloe Decker, who sticks to him even after knowing his real identity, which by the way happens in one of the later seasons of the show. The question ‘What do you truly desire’ from Lucifer makes everyone reveal their inner secrets.
Visits from various cousins of Lucifer from time to time make the show much more interesting. One of his angel brothers, Amenadiel decides to stay on the Earth forever after falling in love with the therapist. Linda. They later have a son and everyone tries to pitch-in to keep their son from being taken away by the demons. The series casts Tom Elis as Lucifer Morningstar, Lesley-Ann Brandt as Mazikeen, Rachael Harris as Linda Martin, Lauren German as Chloe Decker, and Kevin Alejandro as Dan Espinoza. It feels that every character fit in their role. The new Lucifer season 5 is also out and is worth the wait. We bet, once you start watching this series, you would not stop until you have finished watching the whole series. Highly recommended.

People loved this show since day one. The first episode of season 1 was released on 25 January 2016 and Season 4 got released on 8 May 2019. Despite only 10 episodes, all the seasons are packed with action, drama, and humor. For all the new viewers, do watch the first 3 seasons before the new one as the character’s history is as important as the story.

The series casts Tom Elis as Lucifer Morningstar, Lesley-Ann Brandt as Mazikeen, Rachael Harris as Linda Martin, Lauren Germanas Chloe Decker, and Kevin Alejandro as Dan Espinoza. Supporting characters like Maze, Linda, Amenadail, Trixie, Ella and Dan are really amazing.
Tom Ellis really does make the whole show worthwhile. His great fashion sense and amazing vintage convertible are very easy on the eyes. Tom Ellis portrays his role perfectly, his comic timing and dialogue delivery is good. The show obviously revolves around Lucifer, but the series is filled with strong and gorgeous women.

The first part of Lucifer season five is available on Netflix, with the second half still to come. There is no horror element in the series. The show made the devil-like a politically correct, Gayishc & Childish character. On 23 June, Netflix surprised fans with the announcement that Lucifer will return for a sixth season.
Lucifer season 5 release date: LUCIFER season five returned with a few episodes. The series halt the production on the second half of season 5 back in March as COVID-19 spread rapidly. However, the series resumed its production to finish the season five finale and work on the Lucifer season six.
Lucifer season 5 review
Episode 1 of the Lucifer season 5 shows Michael returning and trying to create problems in the lives of people Lucifer loves. Moving forward Chloe all other episodes see Lucifer and Chloe coming back together while Maze is still searching for true love. Elle got the shock of her life when her new boyfriend turns out to be serial killer. Amanadiel also helps Chloe in solving a case involving Church and nuns. All in all, Amanadiel proved to be the most interesting character in Lucifer season 5.
