With the coming of Trump as a president of The US, comes all sort of discriminations, be it racist, religious or gender discrimination.
Recently there have been lots of reports and happening being witnessed and suffered by people in America where they are being bullied and criticized by all-white American Trump supporters for their color and Nationalities.
In continuation to that, it has been reported that a nonprofit Group Director and a Mayor in West Virginia have been swept in the storm along with few others surrounding the comments made about Michelle Obama which is a shamelessly written racist comment.
Pamela Ramsey Taylor reportedly posted about the Move from Michelle Obama to Melanie Trump on Facebook, with a remark, “It will be so refreshing to have a classy, beautiful, dignified First Lady back in the White House. I’m tired of seeing an ape in heels”.
However, the comments were later deleted, but images of the post have been shared widely on social media. A petition was signed later calling for the Termination of the people posting such posts. The petition gathered the signature of more than 14,000 people.
The two women have apologized for their controversial remarks.
“My comment was not intended to be racist at all,” Whaling said in a statement to The Washington Post. “I was referring to my day being made for a change in the White House! I am truly sorry for any hard feeling this may have caused! Those who know me know that I’m not of any way racist!
“Again, I would like to apologize for this getting out of hand!”
