Rishabh Pant News English – India’s keeper-batsman, Rishabh Pant has been ruled out of the second One Day International which will be played in Rajkot on Friday 17th January 2020. Pant was hit by a bouncer delivery off Pat Cummins and that’s why he didn’t take any further part in the 1st One Day International match which was played on Tuesday in Mumbai.
Pant was taken to the hospital and was monitored overnight. Next day, in the morning, his scan reports said that there were no major concerns after which he was discharged. But still, Pant cannot take part in the second game of the series. This is because of the concussion protocol which the team management needs to follow.

Now, Pant will go to the National Cricket Academy for his rehabilitation process according to the rules of the ICC of concussion. KL Rahul took the gloves in the opening ODI and Manish Pandey was on to the field as replacement of Rishabh Pant. It is likely to say that KL Rahul will be the keeper for the second one day international in Rajkot. But Pant may be back for the last one-day international match of the series in Bengaluru on Sunday, 19th January 2020.
