River Hongbao festival has been celebrated in Singapore since 1986 and is held at Floating platform at Marina Bay.  The festival is observed as Lunar New Year in Singapore and offers Chinese cultural experience.  River Hongbao festival Highlights the Giant lanterns, fireworks and mouth drooling food.

The Giant lanterns depict the Chinese mythological figure, animals from the 12 zodiac signs, god of fortune and are handcrafted.

 One may come across the handicraft street and catch up with a demonstration of Chinese calligraphy and handicrafts, traditional costumes, Jewellery etc.

There is an outdoor food street which gives delight to both your eyes and Tastebuds, which displays exotic Chinese food.
