Salman Khan in Jodhpur Court to record Statement for Blackbuck Poaching Case
Actor Salman Khan has reportedly reached the Jodhpur Court today to record his statement in a 19 year old poaching case. The court proceedings started at around 10 AM.
Salman Khan has been accused in the poaching case along with costars Saif Ali Khan, Tabbu, and Sonali Bendre.
The court initially asked the star to appear in the court on 25th January but was sought exemption due to the security ahead of Republic day.
He was charged with killing two blackbucks – an endangered species – in Jodhpur while shooting the movie ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ in 1998.
Last week, Salman Khan was exempted in an Arms Act case, wherein he was accused of having an operating and unlicensed weapon for the alleged hunt.
