November 4, 2021: Diwali:
As India celebrates one of the most awaited Hindu festivals, a festival of lights and celebrations, the National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange will not be functioning on November 4 on account of Diwali celebrations.
November 5, 2021: Diwali-Balipratipada
The National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange will not be operational as Balipratipada will be observed on November 5. In different parts of the country, the festival is also called Govardhan Puja where women offer their prayers to Govardhan hill and pray to lord Krishna. They also prepare prasad.

November 19, 2021: Guru Nanak Jayanti
Guru Nanak Jayanti will be observed on November 19, it is celebrated as the birth date of one of the most celebrated Sikh gurus, Guru Nanak Dev. It is one of the most awaited festivals for the Sikh community. Guru Nanak Jayanti is often called Gurupurab or the day of Guru. This year, Gurupurab falls on November 19, Friday. The National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange will remain closed.
