Here is a quick news for Mushroom lovers, Grand Hyatt Goa is celebrating an entire month dedicated to mushroom.
A healthy meal is most desirable and even foodies can indulge in these fat-free favorites. The chefs have brought together some of the seasons best mushrooms to create an a la carte menu that includes favorites dishes like porcini, portobello, and oyster.
The menu includes mushroom consommé with tallegio tortellini, wild mushrooms with cashew nut pate and red onion marmalade, Portobello Carpaccio, Risotto porcini along with quinoa, chestnuts, and parsley; braised lamb with truffle mashed potato and mushrooms jus.
