Newly Elected Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath is expected to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP chief Amit shah in Delhi today.

The motive behind the meeting is to discuss the allotment of ministries.

In a series of meetings on Monday, yogi Adityanath set targets for officials and also ordered a plan for better policing in UP.

He has already started working on election promises of banning slaughterhouses and farm loan waiver.

The sources say, the chief minister will work out schemes and appointments in consultation with prime minister Narendra Modi’s office.

The Principal Secretary to PM Modi will coordinate between the center and Uttar Pradesh, where the BJP has scored its biggest win yet.

The main agenda of Yogi Adityanath is the ban on slaughterhouses. Two slaughterhouses were shut down on Sunday, the day Adityanath was sworn in.

BJP tells that the slaughterhouses are illegal. The action will be taken only against the unlicensed establishments-not all. Siddharth Nath Singh, the government’s spokesperson tells, that, “There is no confusion, what is illegal, whether it is slaughterhouses or any other activity, law and order machinery will work in the state.”

In order to demonstrate clean government, Yogi has directed all officials to declare their assets within 15 days, be transparent in recruitments and not work under political pressure.  In addition to this, the Police chief has been asked to submit a blueprint for better policing in Uttar Pradesh within 15 days.
